Pacific Alignment starts with a full suspension check that digs into the root of alignment issues.
What we like most is how they explain all the mechanical stuff in plain English. When we reached out, they made it easy to understand why we need the caster, camber, and toe angles tested.
They explained that caster keeps the steering wheel stable, the camber affects the tires’ grip on the road, and the toe angle is the direction the wheels point in when staring at it from up above. That kind of clarity made us more confident in the service.
We also like how they then give you a detailed printout showing before and after specs of your wheels. The results of their meticulous work speak for themselves.
Many mentioned how their car used to wander on the highway, but after Pacific’s alignment, it drove straight and smoothly.

I recently had to have another tire fixed and it was done promptly and for a very reasonable price. The warranty is another big plus. We think a 12-month/20,000 km warranty on most services offers excellent value, and it explains why so many people return to get serviced.
What really us, though, is how Ok Tire’s technicians focus on tire health. Aside from alignment, they also check your tires to make sure you’re getting the most out of them.
One customer shared that after they got an alignment done on their car, they no longer experienced pulling, and their tires felt like new several months later.
The only turn-off was the slightly dirty condition of their site. While not a total dealbreaker—and we also understand how dirty working with cars can be—we agree with customers who said it would make the experience better if the site were a bit tidier.

Kal Tire is paving the way with their computerized wheel alignment. We like how precise the system is. Not only does it improve steering and handling, but it also helps extend tire life and adds an extra layer of safety.
Another thing we value is that Kal Tire can adjust all four wheels of a vehicle at the same time. Customers praise the team for making sure their wheels stay parallel, flat on the road, and their steering wheel centered.
Several told us they no longer have to fight the steering wheel because the car won’t dangerously drift in either direction.
We also like that the whole process typically only takes about an hour. Some did say that sometimes it takes two hours when your wheel alignment is combined with a tire changeover, but that seems fair given the extra work.
The only real downside we’ve noticed is the wait time before the appointment. A few people complained to us about how they always have to wait about 30 minutes or so to even get started.
