Stay fit with the top personal trainers in Vancouver

Stay fit with the top personal trainers in Vancouver
We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

According to a ranking by CNN, Vancouver is considered the world’s fourth healthiest city and ranks as the healthiest city in all of North America. The city is home to very active residents—with around 30% of them owning gym club memberships

That said, blending in with the Vancouverite crowd doesn’t necessarily mean you need to be in shape. You should get in shape for yourself, and if you don’t know where to start, consider hiring the best personal trainers in Vancouver!

These trainers can help you gain better control of your fitness journey and maintain a healthier lifestyle (or get a beach bod just in time for summer).

How much does hiring a personal trainer in Vancouver cost?

Hiring personal trainers in Vancouver will set you back around $90 to $180 a month or roughly $20 to $35 per credit.

Most trainers will recommend a set amount of credit sessions you may need based on your fitness goals. Consumable package deals and gym benefits may contribute to varying rates.

How We Chose

Credentials and Experience: We chose trainers who are certified by esteemed associations such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the BC Recreation & Parks Association.

We also considered trainers who have completed degrees in kinesiology in various allied universities and colleges in Canada and abroad.
Rates: We selected trainers who charge reasonable prices for the training services they offer. In particular, we prefer those that charge clients around $90 to $180 for about 24 sessions or offer consumable credit package deals running from $800 to $1,500.
Range of Training Options: We selected trainers that offer multiple workout options such as in-person, online, or assisted training through mobile applications or bespoke workout plans that clients can do by themselves.
Fitness Specialties: We selected trainers who offer a diverse range of fitness specialties such as bodybuilding, kinesiology, balance, coordination, weightlifting, strength training, and flexibility.

We also considered trainers who have backgrounds in rehabilitation and injury recovery.

Pain-free lifestyle

“After my first session with David, I immediately saw a difference in my posture and back pain. My muscles were less tense and I learned how to use them correctly for walking and standing. Most importantly, I was able to take a longer walk home, pain-free! I keep using his exercises regularly and it is making a huge difference. I used to take painkillers for back pain and headaches.
