The wide variety of pizza flavors is definitely the star of the show, which helped make them the talk of the town, especially when the conversation is about the delightful dough dish.

If we were to choose the most standout choice, it’s definitely the wake n bake. Each tantalizing slice will guarantee you a burst of flavors, featuring tomato, prosciutto, egg, basil, and mozzarella.

People of all ages can enroll themselves in a multitude of programs, thanks to the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre. This includes dance, yoga, music, group fitness, woodworking, pottery, and many more.

This exciting locale offers Canadian classic delights with a modern twist, which adds to the surprise.

The farmcrest roast chicken stands as our go-to order that we adore because of its tender textures and flavorful juiciness.

While the broad range of menu options is raved about, people also love its charming space, which is why it has become a location for intimate dinners, birthday celebrations, wedding receptions, and even wedding ceremonies!

If that’s not a testament to how beautiful Brix and Mortar is, we don’t know what is!

A visit to Yaletown won’t be complete without stopping by Rocanini Coffee Roasters for a cup of coffee.

This charming establishment exudes a welcoming vibe, providing a platform where people can hang out with the delicious aroma of coffee beans wafting through the air.

We thoroughly enjoyed their latte because it allows you to enjoy the creamy sensations without losing the bitter espresso taste. They certainly managed to concoct the perfect ratio of milk and espresso.

Oh, and they also have delicious baked goods that are also a must-try.

11. Maruhachi Ramen

Maruhachi Ramen is a locally renowned ramen chain well-known for its tasty creamy chicken broth.

And true enough, ordering a bowl made our taste buds tingle with delight. Every sip of the broth feels indulgent, coating our palate with every tantalizing sip.

The noodles were surprisingly thin, but we didn’t mind. That said, it would be nice to have a thicker option.

They also have beers available for purchase, which is a nice drink to accompany your ramen.

12. Try a vegan pizza at Ignite Pizzeria

Website: https://ignitepizzeria.com

Operating hours:

  • Monday to Thursday – 11 AM to 9 PM
  • Friday and Saturday – 11 AM to 11 PM
  • Sunday – 11 AM to 10 PM

Ignite Pizzeria is another one of our go-to spots when we find ourselves in Yaletown. This is especially true among our vegan colleagues who still want to try the popular Italian dish while still following their diet.

Their pizza flavors are divided into three categories – herbivore, carnivore, and of course, vegan. You can spot several classics under herbivore like margherita and four formaggi – both of which were fantastic.

The carnivore options are where you’ll find the protein-packed flavors like bbq chicken and pepperoni.

The vegan menu only has three options, but they were all quite good and much recommended.
