“We had used Vanheat in the past a few times for servicing our furnace. When we experienced issues with our furnace this time we called Vanheat services. Very polite on the phone and arrived at our place within 1 and half hour. Checked the furnace and it was determined that replacement was necessary. They explained the issue to us and what was needed. Explained what steps they were going to take in replacing the furnace. Stated they would be at our place the next day at 9 with the replacement. They were there at 8:30 and spent the next 4 to 5 hours in replacing our furnace with a new one. Their service was great and they made sure everything was completed as they had told us and in time. Really appreciate the exceptional and timely service they provided in our time of need. Really appreciate their work and would recommend them in the future.
