There was just a small issue about not being efficient with follow-up work. At least, this is not a recurring issue and was documented only once.

Vancouver Auto Centre is a well-known local name for various car needs. We particularly liked their range of services, including engine diagnostics, wheel alignments, and detailing.
While they’re not exclusive to European models, we appreciate their flexibility. They’re trusted by many locals for luxury brands such as BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz.
We’re not surprised, considering how transparent and competitive the rates are. On top of that, repairs are thorough.
Many customers also confirmed that invoices are completed with detailed labor hours and parts used. It’s the kind of honesty we’re looking for.
One of their most notable strengths is their speed. We calculated the average, and saw that most work is done the same day. For more complex jobs, customers can expect next-day turnaround.
However, we did notice that a few clients had scheduling miscommunications. A few also noted dismissive behavior when contacting them via phone.

The range of services is also impressive. They cover virtually every aspect of vehicle care, from basic auto repairs to complete car transmission services.
Notably, Milo has been praised by customers for meticulous workmanship. In particular, their engine-out services for classic cars are meticulous. The turnaround is fast, reducing long wait times.
Transparency is a plus. Every job is documented with photos and videos for transparency.
We loved how honest and fair their prices are. After comparing options, we saw that they quoted lower than most shops in the area.
Booking appointments is pretty straightforward. They’re communicative and responsive to queries, even just for general questions.
Experience with staff has varying levels, though. Some experienced rude interactions, while others felt that certain representatives lacked specific car knowledge.

For instance, we saw same-day services on multiple vehicles. For emergency fixes, completion time only takes about 6 hours. They work fast without compromising quality.
Communication also met our standards. The shop provides updates via text or email. Videos and pictures are also taken to ensure clients are informed of progress.
The range of services makes them a comprehensive choice. They do everything from general repairs to preventative maintenance.
Each service is supported by high-quality German oils and parts. This made us confident in the components they use for upgrades and repairs.
We also appreciate that they avoid unnecessary upselling. Quotes are accurate and upfront, so customers don’t have to fret about hidden fees.
There were just a few cases of unsatisfactory work, especially with inspections. It doesn’t seem to be a recurring issue here, though.

With a wide range of expertise, we’re confident in their skills in handling simple to complex tasks.
Another area that earned our favor was the transparency of their pricing. As we’ve compared, their repair costs were significantly less than dealership quotes.
Plus, the shop typically provides diagnostics first and discusses projected costs before proceeding with additional repairs.
Unfortunately, we heard some issues about unknown additional repairs, resulting in higher quoted prices. These were small cases, and the majority of the experience was positive.
