Another plus is their fleet size. They have a good range of trucks, which means they can handle both small and large moves without overcomplicating things. Matching the right truck to the job usually means a faster and more cost-effective move.
When it comes to their movers, businesses we talked to have nothing but praise. They said their movers were professional and made moving a breeze. They also use racks and dollies when moving bulky items, so moves are a lot quicker.
If there’s one thing we’re not happy about, it’s their late invoicing. Some clients we talked to also complained about how the sales team followed up a bit too aggressively.

From what we’ve seen, they carefully wrap each piece of furniture and securely pack all equipment. This ensures nothing gets scratched or damaged during transport. It’s exactly the level of attention to detail we were looking for in a moving company.
Their 20 years of experience are also impressive, with a mix of residential and office moves throughout. That actually sharpened their planning and problem-solving skills, allowing them to handle complex moves efficiently.
One thing we really like is that they assign a dedicated project manager for every move. It’s a huge advantage since clients get one main point of contact from packing to final setup.

We found Micro Moves Inc. to be one of the top commercial movers in Vancouver for small office moves. While doing this research, we found out that many don’t take on small jobs, so it’s nice to see a team that does.
They’ve completed over 10.000 moves, and it shows in how comfortable they are handling different situations. Clients shared that the movers are patient and easygoing, especially when they have special requests.
We also appreciate that the team remains accommodating, even when dealing with tight staircases or heavy, awkward items.
They also don’t just do trial and error on their moves. A client mentioned that the team spent 45 minutes discussing and strategizing during a difficult move, which saved time and avoided mistakes.
Their trucks are also in excellent condition, which is another plus for us since it poses no risk of breakdowns or delays.
The small trade-off is availability. Since they’re a smaller team, bookings can be limited. There have also been a few reports of last-minute cancellations.

Our 3D printer is 350 kgs (net weight), we needed Micro Moves Inc to move them to our office on the second floor, but no lift, and the stairs are very narrow, just few inches wider than the machine. How to move it up to the second floor without damaging the expensive machine became a top concern to us. The team ( Alex, Willy, Andres, Diego, Hugo, Mau and Patrick) spent 45 minutes to discuss to figure out the best moving way. Finally, they did it, every step full of hardship. That doesn’t mean they’re not flexible, though. They offer customised solutions and are willing to accommodate special handling requests or tight schedules, which is reassuring if your move has a few moving parts of its own.
Their experience ties everything together. With 24 years in the industry and over 15,000 completed moves, they come across as a team that knows how to handle challenging relocations without making it stressful.
Their movers are also impressive. They once moved a 5,000-square-foot office, which could’ve easily overwhelmed other commercial movers in Vancouver.
We did hear a few complaints about sudden changes in quotes. This is mostly tied to scope changes during the move since the quote they initially provided covers only the defined scope.
We’d recommend asking upfront how additional requests or adjustments could impact the final price.
