What sets them apart is their use of the latest technology, like digital smile design. It lets patients actually see what their smile will look like before treatment even starts.
If you need teeth whitening, they have options for both in-office and take-home, which is pretty convenient.
And we really like that they do bonding, because it’s a great way to fix up minor chips or gaps without having to go for veneers.
What really impressed many, including us, is their focus on patient comfort. They offer oral sedation and have a multilingual staff, ensuring everyone feels welcome.
Plus, they use the BCDA fee guide, so there are no surprises when it comes to costs.
That said, Rise Dental Group might not be the best choice for families with young kids. The atmosphere is geared more towards adults, and there aren’t many kid-friendly distractions to keep them occupied.

Another thing that we really loved was their in-house porcelain lab. Having the ability to create custom veneers and crowns on-site means no waiting on shipping delays, so your smile transformation happens faster.
We also appreciate their “test drive your smile” service. Through this, you get to try out temporary veneers to see what your smile will look like before you commit to the final procedure.
On top of that, they use innovative techniques like no-drill fillings, making procedures less invasive and more comfortable.
We also heard nothing but good things about their customer service. Their staff is super friendly and professional, and they’re really good at making their patients feel comfortable.
The only downside we could find is their limited appointment availability. A few patients expressed that it can be a bit tricky to book an appointment, especially if you need something done urgently.

What we really liked was their focus on biocompatibility. They use zirconia for implants, which is a really popular choice because it looks super natural.
And they’re really careful about how they remove mercury fillings. They have this whole six-step process to make sure it’s done right and keep toxins at bay.
Another thing we appreciate is how big they are on preventative care. They offer ozone therapy, which is great for disinfecting and healing gums and teeth. It’s also a good option for people with sensitive teeth or gum disease.
Of course, they also offer popular treatments like Invisalign and porcelain veneers for those looking to straighten their smile or transform their look.
The main downside we heard? The receptionist. Multiple patients mentioned she could be a bit less pleasant to interact with, which is something the clinic might want to address.

We found their teeth whitening service top-notch, thanks to their in-house Zoom system. This powerful treatment uses light to accelerate the whitening process, delivering noticeable results quickly.
Westcoast Smile is also a preferred provider for Invisalign. They offer a discreet and comfortable alternative to traditional braces, especially for adults seeking a more subtle way to straighten their teeth.
When we talked to their patients, they raved about the thorough explanations of procedures they receive from their dentists. They also appreciated their efforts at creating a relaxed atmosphere to put the patients at ease.
The only consistent complaint we found was that Westcoast Smile doesn’t always check insurance benefits before starting procedures. As a result, some patients received unexpected bills even though their insurance could have covered part of the cost.

They’ve got the skills to handle pretty much anything you throw at them, from porcelain veneers to dental implants.
What really sets them apart is their approach to treatment planning. They take the time to sit down with you, understand your goals, and craft a personalized plan tailored to your specific needs.
Additionally, we love that they offer sedation options for those who experience anxiety during their dental visits.
The only downside? They’re closed from Friday to Sunday, which can be a bit inconvenient for those with busy schedules who are only available on weekends.
