While wedding parties should expect the presence of nearby members of the public, micro weddings are solely for ceremonies—no receptions or large gatherings are permitted. 

Couples must arrange for their own officiant, marriage license, and photographer.

Booking requests are managed on a month-to-month basis, with each time slot inclusive of set-up and tear-down. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring outdoor community spaces remain accessible to the public.

The fee is $90 + GST per hour, and all wedding parties must carry a minimum of $5 million Commercial General Liability Insurance, with the City of North Vancouver named as an additional insured party.
