Being a woman? Well, it can be a lot. One day, you’re power-walking the seawall with a latte in hand; the next, you’re crying in your car because you’re strongly convinced your own cramps are plotting your downfall.
And that’s just the surface. Hormonal imbalances can make you feel like a stranger in your own skin – not to mention the chronic fatigue that seems to hit harder every time.
Too many of us have sat through rushed appointments, being told our conditions are “normal,” or it’s just the “hormones acting up.”
Every woman in Vancouver deserves better than just fine. So, if you want to feel seen, heard, and actually supported, here are the best women’s health clinics in Vancouver.
How much does it cost to visit a women’s clinic in Vancouver?
The cost of visiting a women’s clinic in Vancouver ranges from $95 to $395 for self-pay consultations, though total costs can be higher when taking into account tests, lab work, and procedures. Most clinics charge insurance companies to lessen the total costs.
1. WestCoast Women’s Clinic

Location: 3525 W 4th Ave
Contact: +1 604 738 9601
Opening Hours: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The patient experience at WestCoast Women’s Clinic is what got our attention. They make women’s health care easy through thorough assessments and ongoing monitoring. This allows them to adapt based on the patient’s evolving needs.
Part of their appeal is the compassionate approach. They validate symptoms and provide tailored solutions to every woman. Following an integrative model of care, they combine medical expertise with natural supplements and mindfulness.
We feel confident in this aspect after hearing patient stories. According to those we interviewed, they experienced improvements in hormonal balance, PMS, and menopause symptoms.
Their network of care and support is also advantageous to women who have complex health needs. They connect women to specialists and treatment programs, so their journey is expectedly seamless from start to finish.
The only concern we have is that their programs and packages aren’t the most accessible to patients, with options costing over $1,000. First appointments can be difficult to book as well – even our team ended up on the wait list the first time.

2. Vancouver Women’s Health Collective

Location: 29 W Hastings St
Contact: +1 604 736 5262
Opening Hours: Tuesday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Vancouver Women’s Health Collective has a strong sense of community. It’s a safe social space for women and gender-diverse individuals, making it an inclusive choice for gender non-conforming individuals who need care.
We loved the range of holistic services they offer. Patients can expect to see naturopathic consultations, community acupuncture, lifestyle counseling, and targeted supplementation.
Their non-pharmaceutical approach is also worth talking about. Instead of relying on drugs and medication, the place encourages individualized dietary, lifestyle, and wellness plans for long-term health.
While patients told us that they felt more confident and safer this way, we still wished for a bit more medical intervention when necessary.
Thankfully, their nurse practitioners are highly skilled. They provide guidance in managing chronic and acute conditions, which reassured us.
VWHC also emphasizes a low-barrier approach, offering services even to those without a health card. They also have many free and affordable care programs.
With greater accessibility, they’re ideal for individuals with urgent needs but with a limited budget.
Very attentive, competent, and helpful

3. CAYA Health Centre

Location: 555 W 12th Ave Unit 132
Contact: +1 236 516 2292
Opening Hours: Sunday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
One of the best things about CAYA is their team of medical professionals. They have expert RMTs, physiotherapists, psychologists, and more. With many specialists on board, they’re able to accommodate women with various needs.
We appreciate the level of care they provide, not just to women, but also to trans and non-binary individuals. Services are trauma-informed, non-judgmental, and sex positive. This creates a safe and confident space for patients.
Communication is exceptional, with practitioners explaining procedures clearly. Patients noted that they were guided with home exercises and follow-up notes. This support enables patients to maintain a healthy lifestyle outside of consultations.
We’re glad to note significant patient outcomes, particularly with major improvements across various health areas. Women we spoke to highlighted major changes in mobility, mental health, chronic pain, and overall well-being.
The only thing we wish to see is more transparency with their rates to help women immediately assess if they’re accessible based on budget. There is high demand for certain practitioners too, so availability for certain care varies.
Clean, calming, and welcoming

4. Willow Clinic

Location: 750 W Broadway Suite 1013
Contact: +1 604 709 5611
Opening Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Willow Clinic offers specialized services in reproductive health care, including IUD insertion/removal, contraception counseling, and medical abortion. They also have highly experienced doctors on board to provide expert care.
Pain management and anxiety support options are also available, which makes procedures like IUD insertions less intimidating. Plus, the staff are polite and caring, creating a welcoming environment even during busy days.
Part of its appeal is how easy they make women’s health care feel. For instance, appointments are efficiently organized with online forms, reminders, and check-ins that make the process feel smooth.
While the online process is great, we can’t say the same thing for their phone booking system. We encountered issues with unusually long hold times and staff who felt a little dismissive.
On more positive aspects, the facility is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with private rooms and recovery areas. We loved that these spaces are equipped with heat pads, so patients can wait comfortably.
Finally, the clinic is inclusive and supportive of all patients, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.
Excellent bedside manner
“Amazing experience for my first IUD and pap smear. With penthrox I did not even remember the insertion. Dr Hall has an excellent bedside manner and really put me at ease.”

You were very kind, very informative and the procedure was so quick and painless. you explained everything that you were doing and it helped a lot. I had hesitations about coming back and was quite fearful of this appointment, but everything was put at ease when it was done remarkably in what felt like 0.5 seconds. 5. Luna Health Clinic

Location: 325 Howe St #101
Contact: +1 604 229 7029
Opening Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Luna Health Clinic provides a wide range of services, including fertility support and gynecology.
Digestion support, skin health, and even stress and burnout management are also available. The clinic boasts several naturopathic doctors offering these services.
Speaking of doctors, we love how they spend time understanding patient histories and collaborate with other healthcare providers. This approach allows them to craft a comprehensive treatment plan that targets major areas of concern.
The range of treatments was made possible by the use of advanced techniques and equipment. They have ultrasound-guided procedures, IV nutrient therapy, and bioidentical hormone therapy, among many others.
Everything else feels seamless – booking initial appointments and follow-ups (including virtual consultations) was prompt. The clinic also offers direct billing to most insurance companies.
Still, they’re a private-pay clinic, so self-pay patients can pay upfront if they prefer.
Just take note that services can’t be billed to MSP (provincial medical coverage). Plus, upfront fees without insurance are relatively higher than most, so it’s best to financially prepare.
Kind, calming, and thorough
“Luna Health Clinic is fantastic! The staff is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Katrina Schiavon was amazing—kind, calming, and thorough in explaining everything. The clinic is clean, professional, and well-organized.”
