In particular, they’re meticulous with carpets and upholstery. Spaces are spotless, including house sections not immediately visible.
Management of cleaning was also efficient. They finish on time and rarely experience delays, as we’ve gathered from past clients.
During our review, customer service also stood out. Booking was relatively easy, and they were helpful when walking us through options.
For more intensive clean-ups, they’re able to coordinate multiple services in one visit, too.
Pricing for standard cleaning was competitive. However, additional fees for extras may catch you off guard.
On the good side, they’re very accommodating. If you want to clarify and break down rates, they can welcome your request with ease.

What impressed us about HK Post Construction Cleaning is their range of equipment. In particular, we liked their HEPA filter vacuums that trap 99.97% of dust and allergens.

Punctuality is also a major plus. Staff arrive early and can accommodate scheduling changes when necessary.
The approach to after-renovation cleaning in Vancouver is structured but also customized. They take note of each home’s specific needs, so key areas are truly dealt with.
Speaking of which, a few clients also mentioned that they go above and beyond. They sometimes would clean areas not initially requested, without extra charge.
As for prices, we find it fair enough for the Vancouver market. The quotes are also clear, eliminating any room for hidden charges.
Apart from post-cleaning services, they’re also consistently excellent with standard residential cleaning. Clients would usually get them for move-in/out cleaning, too.
