When we tried their services for a half-bath remodel, we were impressed by how involved he stayed from start to finish, making sure every detail was covered.
His team is big on budget-friendly options but still delivers really high-quality workmanship. You can count on them for both small updates and bigger additions.
But since their team is small, with only six core contractors, they sometimes have to bring in extra help for larger projects. Also, they book up quickly, so plan if you want to work with them.

We have used Kaizen for our home renovation including kitchen and bathroom. Stan was very straight forward, efficient and honest person to work with. Great at time management, and giving good feedback before to prevent any surprises. He has great trades people around him that he has been working with for long time. They also keep a lot of essential trades like carpentry, drywall, and painting in-house. This really helps with quality control from start to finish.
If you need a bathroom renovation service, they even waive their management fee for projects under $50,000.
That perk doesn’t apply to bigger renovations, though, so for large builds, you’ll still pay the usual management fees. But for smaller upgrades, their value really stands out.
