When it comes to reliability, Royal Limousine pretty much has this in the bag. In summary, they met all of our key points for a reputable car rental: prompt service, clean vehicles, and courteous drivers.
They carry a respectable fleet, including a stretch SUV limousine and a Cadillac Escalade for luxury events. We liked that their offerings cover a wide range of gatherings too, such as weddings, airport transfers, and concerts.
The level of service is commendable too – the drivers themselves help with music setup and even with taking photos. And yes, the fact that they’re courteous and friendly won us over as well.
Flexibility in bookings is also a solid strength, wherein clients can book a car for a few hours or the whole day. They can even work smoothly with last-minute changes – some clients pointed out to us that they worked through unexpected delays without a hitch.
If there were any downsides, it’s just that there are minor inconsistencies with the quality of the service: sometimes the car’s dirty, or maybe there’s a serious delay. However, these are not recurring issues.

Prompt and very helpful
“Our driver arrived on time (actually a few minutes early!) , assisted with our passenger loading and helped us queue up the music for the ride. The ride was smooth and the pick up 2 hours later was equally efficient. One of our passengers left their sunglasses in the vehicle and our driver went WAY BEYOND duty and drove them out the next day!

For the ultimate luxury mixed with sports, Zerosa is definitely at the top of our list. They carry some of the world’s best high-end wheels, including the Porsche 718 Spyder, Lamborghini Huracan, and Ferrari 488.
On the more “laid-back” end, they carry models such as the Mercedes GLS580 and Cadillac Escalade. That said, we’re happy to note that their fleet is modern and wide-ranging for various occasions.
The customer service is just as strong as their vehicle lineup. From staff to drivers, we find professionals friendly and flexible to change. They work fast too, considering some vehicles can be released within 10 minutes (depending on availability).
In line with this, the vehicles are all in immaculate condition too, which is to be expected of a rental of this scale. The pickup and drop-off process is seamless too, with options for rescheduling without the hassle.
Generally, the service is solid, though a few of the clients we spoke to said that reaching out to their emails isn’t the smoothest experience. These happened a handful of times only, so the overall reception is still positive.

West Coast Car Rentals offers a solid range of vehicle options, from high-end luxury models. This includes options like the Porsche 911 Carrera, Mercedes G-Wagon, and the Land Rover Defender.
We loved how flexible their collection is, carrying both family-friendly rides and exotic convertibles. Plus, they have electric and hybrid vehicle options (minivans and SUVs), which are perfect for group trips or mountain getaways.
A major highlight here is their quick and easy booking process. In particular, their complimentary airport shuttle pickup and drop-off is noteworthy, with clients saying even their late-night arrivals were accommodated.
The company also accepts cash payment options, which is definitely a win for convenience. To complete the customer service experience, they have a 24/7 support hotline for clients to reach in case of schedule changes.
However, we did encounter a few complaints, a major one being a bait-and-switch issue where the car provided didn’t match what was booked. Fortunately, this isn’t a repeating issue, and they manage to deliver most of the time.

With locations in Downtown Vancouver and Richmond, Rent A Car is a popular option among locals and travelers alike. Despite offering a wide range of luxury vehicles, they remain competitively priced for their services.
Some of the luxury models they have include a Porsche 911 Carrer, a Land Rover, and the BMW X7. They also carry convertibles like the Corvette Stingray, as well as winter-ready SUVs.
That said, we find them a flexible choice for various events and group types.
We liked how inclusive their police are – rentals are available to drivers as young as 18. Additionally, they accept a wide range of payment options, including credit, debit, prepaid cards, and cash.
Service quality is a solid factor too, with free customer pick-up and drop-off services, including from the airport. To ensure the vehicle is in tip-top condition, they also conduct an inspection before releasing the keys.
Still, a few drawbacks are worth mentioning. A few clients highlighted long shuttle wait times and being offered electric vehicles without proper orientation. Despite those, the positives still outshine the rest.

We find Executive Car Rentals to be a solid choice for premium vans and SUVs, offering personalised services to big groups. In fact, one of their most popular options includes a 12-passenger high-roof van that clients often book to see the Rockies.
There are many things we loved about this company in terms of flexibility. First, they’re available 24/7, so clients can book anytime. Second, they offer free delivery services across Vancouver, Whistler, and even the BC Ferries terminal.
On top of that, they offer drop off and pick up with no extra charge. This makes their competitively priced services even more worth the splurge – particularly beneficial considering they’re often booked by large fams and corporate groups.
The rental process is straightforward, and communication is fast, whether online or via phone. We also favour that the vehicles are often new or near new, ensuring pristine interiors, low mileage, and solid working performance.
The downside is that the companies tend to focus on larger vehicles, and their range of luxury rides is relatively limited. Customers looking for luxury sedans and sports cars may be better off somewhere else.

Comfortable vehicles and excellent experience
“I rented a 12 passenger van all wheel drive with the high roof from this company to go to Calgary. It was a one way trip for us finishing at the Calgary Airport. My family and I enjoyed the ride through the Rockies. The vehicle is very comfortable, you can stand up inside.
