Their expansive showroom lets you physically compare luxury strollers and nursery furniture before committing. The in-store guidance is incredibly thorough, too, making it a huge asset for overwhelmed first-time parents.
We had a friend buy her travel system here, and the peace of mind they got from the expert installation was totally worth it.
The main downside is that their premium positioning makes them less ideal for budget-conscious shoppers. They also focus heavily on large furniture and travel systems rather than smaller everyday baby items.
