That experience was a wake-up call for me, so I recruited the rest of the Waterview Vancouver team to help me look into the best clinic spots in town.
So, if you’re contemplating a little enhancement or just want to know where to find the best (and avoid the rest), here’s the scoop on Vancouver’s top cosmetic clinics.
How much does it cost to get treated at a cosmetic clinic in Vancouver?

Model Skin MD Cosmetic Skin and Laser Clinic is all about non-surgical cosmetic treatments. They offer a bunch of services like anti-wrinkle injections, laser treatments, and even acne treatments.
Everyone we interviewed raved about the friendliness of the staff. What’s more, clients appreciated how they weren’t bombarded with sales pitches.
During consultations, the staff gives thorough skin assessments and really takes the time to tailor everything to your specific goals.
In terms of treatments, anti-wrinkle injections are popular, especially for keeping those fine lines away.
Other customers swear by their laser treatments. They said they’re quite effective for treating pigmentation and acne scars. It’s a huge bonus if you’ve been struggling with these types of skin issues.
Additionally, many people commented on how professional the cosmetic nurses are. They make clients feel super comfortable throughout the whole treatment process.
That said, the consultations aren’t free. They cost $100, which we thought was a bit steep.

“I went to the clinic for the first time today and had a great experience. Courtney was so welcoming and made me feel relaxed as soon as I walked in. The treatment room was very clean, spacious enough for the treatment and had a calming atmosphere. I personally liked the lighting of the room too. It’s not too bright so I didn’t have to see all my wrinkles lol. Dr Wang was very knowledgeable and let me know some important things about my skin that I was unaware of. He did an amazing job with his specialized skin care routine. I am not a big fan of needles but they both treated me gently. Thank you so much for that. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and if you’re usually a bit apprehensive, rest assured you will not be disappointed.”

RSVP Beauty Clinic has a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the staff are super friendly and genuinely care about helping you feel your best.
They offer a bunch of options, from non-surgical Brazilian butt lifts to body contouring and acne treatment.
During our visit, we asked about non-surgical hair restoration because many people raved about its effectiveness. The staff patiently took their time explaining everything to us, which was great since we had a ton of questions.
At RSVP, they use injectable peptides and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for hair restoration.
Peptides are small proteins that can stimulate hair growth, while PRP contains growth factors that can promote healing and tissue growth. Both of them are minimally invasive.
In addition to hair restoration, others shared positive experiences with RSVP’s body contouring services. Many people were happy with their results, saying they were able to finally shed off that stubborn fat.
While we didn’t personally try Botox, several people complained about its quality. It didn’t last as long as they hoped, which is definitely something to consider if you’re looking for long-term results.

Sparrow MD Advanced Medical Aesthetics is known for its range of services, like Botox, dermal fillers, and even body contouring. They pretty much cover all the bases when it comes to looking and feeling your best.
We heard from other customers that the service is top-notch. And honestly, we couldn’t agree more.
When we went in and asked about their neuromodulators (yep, Botox!), everyone was ready to answer our questions and explain the treatments without making us feel rushed.
Other customers we interviewed said they loved the lip enhancements here because of the natural-looking results.
Several people also raved about the microneedling treatment and how their skin felt rejuvenated and fresh afterward.
However, the clinic sometimes cancels appointments at the last minute. We didn’t experience this ourselves, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind if you’re thinking about booking.

SKN Holistic Rejuvenation Clinic mixes Eastern medical esthetics with skin nutrition, which means they’re focusing on treating you inside and out.
When we decided to check them out, we started off with a skin consultation that included a full VISIA skin analysis. This was super helpful because it helped tailor treatments specifically to our needs.
Transitioning to treatments, SKN has a killer lineup. From microneedling to LED light therapy, there’s definitely something for everyone.
We opted for dermaplaning, and honestly, wow! Our skin felt like silk afterward.
The technician was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step, which made the experience feel really personalized. We give a major thumbs up for that!
And, of course, we couldn’t ignore the buzz surrounding their HydraFacials.
People have been raving about how fresh and hydrated their skin feels afterward, with some even joking that their skin felt like a baby’s bottom. Who doesn’t want that?
However, there were a few grumbles about the laser hair removal. Some felt that the technicians weren’t very upfront about possible side effects.

My skin has improved immensely since I started going
“I’ve tried a few different places for facials in Vancouver and this one is by far the best in my experience. The value for the price is incredible compared to other facials I’ve had – my skin has improved immensely since I started going about a year and a half ago. Amie is wonderful- I have really severe allergies and she always makes sure to double check all the products she uses (which are heavenly by the way!). I found their website overwhelming with all the different treatments but Amie helped me figure out which one was best for my skin. Highly recommend!”

At False Creek Skin Solution Clinic, the view from the reception area is stunning. Seriously, we got to chill and soak in the gorgeous Vancouver skyline and harbor before the pampering actually started.
As soon as we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. They took their time explaining everything they offered.
They do everything from laser hair removal to anti-aging treatments like Botox and dermal fillers. That said, they’re known for their HydraFacial.
Several customers couldn’t stop gushing about how refreshed and glowy their skin looked after trying this treatment. So, naturally, we had to see what all the fuss was about.
During our HydraFacial, they cleansed, exfoliated, and hydrated our skin. We looked so radiant after!
However, there was one little downside: the wait times in the waiting room were a bit longer than we expected. But honestly, with that view, it wasn’t too big of a deal.
