Very competent and smart
“Dr. Leone is a very competent and smart doctor. I had 7.5 mm kidney stone (maybe bigger) and they did lithotripsy procedure/surgery which was successful even tough they told chances are 60% 40%. My kidney stone was very stubborn and did not want to leave my body but eventually after surgery I passed most fragments within a few weeks. People in his office are nice too, sometimes they are super busy but always they make sure to answer all your questions. Thanks for helping me!”

We also liked that he’s dedicated to his patients. For many, his relaxed attitude helped ease any panic about the procedure.
Many patients even highlighted how detail-oriented Dr. Chang is. It supported them to be more informed and confident in their choices.
But here’s the hiccup: communication can be slow. Several of his patients had trouble getting questions answered, which was frustrating.
While this doesn’t diminish his surgical expertise, it’s something to consider if you value prompt support.
