Jason is one of the best physios out there

“Jason is one of the best physios out there. He is demonstrably a high level practitioner and deep domain expert. I’ve had recurring shoulder problems with varying levels of pain for almost 4 years with recent flare ups making it difficult to get in the gym and train. Simple things like light overhead presses, dumbbell shoulder flys with 20lbs, and pullups were unbearable. It took a couple of attempts but after a careful investigation, Jason was able to nail down the root cause (tightness in my abs of all things!) and recommended a treatment that’s largely resolved that shoulder pain. Thanks to his treatment, my training is back to normal for the first time in many years. I’ve seen multiple physios over the years and each one of them would always recommend a complex exercise and strengthening program with repeat weekly visits. It’s clear to me now that they were more interested in making money than understanding and treating my shoulder issue. I can’t recommend Jason enough and I won’t see any other physic as long as I’m in this city.”

Very attentive

“I went in to see Kenneth for Physio. During treatment, he was very attentive and performed a thorough assessment to help find the root cause of my issue. After the treatment, I was sent home pain free, and with great home exercises to help keep the pain away! The Movement Room was clean, modern, and the staff was welcoming. I highly recommend the Movement Room for any rehab!”

Highly recommend

“I went to see their RMT Jacob. I felt much better after my initial appointment. During my initial consultation he explained his technique and why my body was not moving correctly. He explained what he was doing I I look forward to further treatments. I highly recommend Jacob.”
