How much do Reiki classes cost in Vancouver?
Reiki classes in Vancouver vary based on the level and provider. Level 1 and 2 classes typically cost between CAD 270 and 300, while Reiki certification classes can range from CAD 300 to 550.

Soul Up Reiki teaches Usui Holy Fire III Reiki—a more advanced system that blends traditional Usui Reiki with Holy Fire energy. Not every Reiki class includes this combination, making it a special find for those looking to deepen their practice.
We met Megan, the heart behind Soul Up Reiki, when we visited. With 13 years of experience as a certified Reiki practitioner, her positive energy was immediately apparent
She’s all about spreading light and raising the planet’s vibration, making her an inspiring teacher for anyone drawn to this path. She also has deep experience with shadow work and helping people find their brightest selves.
One of the coolest things? Her two cats, Mango and Kujo, who aren’t just pets. They help hold space and transmute energy. Whether or not you’re into that, the atmosphere undeniably felt peaceful and uplifting.
Pricing-wise, the First Degree certification is $333, the Second Degree is $444, and the Master Degree is $1111. If you want to do the First and Second Degrees together in one day, there’s a discounted rate of $555. Those are pretty good deals overall if you ask us.
That said, we did think it was a bit much that they require full payment upfront to book your spot. A payment plan option would definitely make things more accessible.
On the brighter side, we appreciated Megan’s flexibility with scheduling. Plus, if you’ve already been certified elsewhere, she can pick up where you left off.
Several of her students also praised the small class sizes. They appreciated the option of either 1-on-1 sessions or learning in pairs. This setup helped them receive the Reiki energy more deeply.

Catalyst Healing’s classes stand out for their trauma-informed approach. It makes them especially beneficial for those dealing with PTSD, addiction, or chronic pain.
Instead of just covering the basics, they teach specific techniques and hand positions tailored to support emotional and physical healing. One of the unique aspects of their program is the combined Levels I & II training.
Their students told us that in over two days, they dived into the history and principles of Reiki, learn Japanese techniques, and explore three Reiki symbols. This includes enhancing intuition, healing mental patterns, and helping process past traumas.
We even found out from a student that she also enrolled her son in the class. According to her experience, it was fun and well-organised—perfect for her son’s short attention span.
They also offer post-class support through mentoring, in-person and online Reiki shares, and additional education opportunities to help students continue their journey.
We really liked that they offer flexible payment options for their classes. Plus, everything is taught in accordance with the Canadian Reiki Association’s ethical guidelines.
That said, the center is only open four days a week, which may limit accessibility for those who prefer more flexible class timings.

We also checked out Transcendence Healing and had a chat with Jose Lean. He’s the Reiki master behind it.
With over 22 years of experience, his classes mix deep knowledge with practical wisdom. The focus is on both physical and emotional healing, giving the practice a well-rounded feel.
They offer a structured program with Level 1, Level 2, and Master Teacher classes, so you can progress at your own pace.
Instead of the usual “attunements,” they use “placements” with the upgraded Holy Fire III Reiki system. This makes the energy activation stronger and more pure.
The environment is super supportive and welcoming. When we talked to some students, they mentioned how safe they felt, which helped them with their spiritual journey. The personalized attention is also a big plus, making the learning more effective.
The only downside is that they’re open just four days a week, which might not work for everyone. But they do offer both in-person and online classes, so you can pick what fits your schedule.

What makes Vibrant Soul – Sound & Energy Healing unique is their intergration of sound healing into their Reiki classes. This mix of energy work and sound frequencies helps with deeper relaxation and healing. Not a lot of classes offers this so it’s a plus.
The founder, Fleur Choy, has a solid background in both Reiki and sound healing and has been in the field since 2016. Her experience in project management brings a structured approach to the classes. This balances spiritual growth with practical learning.
They offer both online and in-person Reiki training, so you can pick whatever suits your lifestyle and learning style best.
We also appreciate that they offer a mentorship program for those wanting to become Reiki teachers. It’s a great opportunity for aspiring practitioners to gain confidence and expertise.
Aside from all that, most of their students enjoyed the series of healing videos they bought from them. It’s perfect for continuing your learning outside of class. It’s also a cool way to practice or revisit what you’ve learned.
That said, we think their class fees are on the pricier side compared to other Reiki classes in Vancouver. They might not work for you if you’re on a limited budget.

We really like this since their holistic approach trains their students to become future teachers who will lead their own classes.
With over 28 years of combined teaching experience, the instructors bring a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to the classes. Westcoast Reiki also offers online courses to accommodate various schedules and learning preferences.
Their students also mentioned to us that the learning environment here is very engaging and transformative. Most of them really found the classes enjoyable and approachable.
That said, the requirement for full payment upfront can be a barrier. This policy may deter potential students who prefer more flexible payment options or installment plans.
