When I was renovating my apartment my painter dropped out a the last minute. I phoned Spenser and asked if he had someone he could recommend. He not only recommended someone but called them ahead to make sure they would do such a small job. As an aside, the painter he recommended was top notch. Since then our building has gone through a very contentious vote. He researched and recommended several engineering firms. The company we engaged has been exceptional at the meetings with the owners.
