Top Level Up’s team knows how to handle the city’s rough weather. With the city’s constant rain and occasional snow, garage doors can wear down quickly. However, they use stronger, high-quality parts that can handle the wet and cold.
This was reflected in customer feedback, too. We didn’t see complaints about repeat issues, which is usually a red flag for quick or careless fixes.
They offer a wide range of repairs, including broken springs, cables, and off-track doors. Plus, from what we gathered, their technicians are both fast and skilled.
A customer who had a technician named Ben mentioned he arrived within an hour of calling, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently.

Another standout is their 26-point inspection. It goes far beyond just fixing what’s broken. They check springs, rollers, bolts, and more.
That level of detail is rare and shows that their technicians are thinking about long-term functions, not just short-term fixes. We see this as a big plus for homeowners who’ve had recurring garage door issues from neglect or half-done repairs.
Their total service approach is also thoughtful. Basic maintenance tasks like lubricating springs or realigning sensors are bundled into the repair job at no extra charge.
That may sound small, but many competitors charge for these. It feels like they’re trying to add real value instead of just padding the invoice.
That said, we heard from some people that sometimes, they could be a bit pushy in their sales tactics.

We’re very impressed with Creative Door Services Ltd since their technicians are certified by the Canadian Door Institute (CDI).
This means they’re properly trained and know what they’re doing. Many of their past customers even mentioned how thorough and safety-conscious their technicians are.
One customer mentioned that a tech named Thomas didn’t just slap a new spring. He carefully measured everything, asked the team back at the shop for advice, and made sure the fix would last.
Most people say the company responds quickly, and they do offer 24/7 emergency repair service. But we can’t fully vouch for this. Someone mentioned they couldn’t reach them after hours, so it might not be fully reliable all the time.
