The practice is led by Vicki Nguyen, a registered nurse (RN) and Advanced Cosmetic Injector with more than nine years of experience in cosmetic injections.
Her injectable services include hyaluronic acid fillers for the lips, cheeks and under-eye area, as well as non-surgical nose reshaping.
During our visit, we found Vicki’s calm approach especially reassuring when she walked us through the treatment process.
We also appreciate being able to choose from various pain-management options: topical numbing cream, local anaesthetic, ice, and products with lidocaine.
A limitation worth considering is that IV League Aesthetics doesn’t operate from its own standalone clinic. Treatments are provided inside Six Clinic, which may be less appealing to patients who prefer a dedicated facility for their aesthetic appointments.

Beyond injectables, patients can access treatments such as IV therapy and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). With this setup, patients have the option to address aesthetic and general wellness goals in one setting.
As for their fillers, we approach that they don’t take the same approach to every lip treatment. They use customized lip mapping to effectively assess existing shape, proportions, and symmetry before determining where filler should be placed.
Another perk is their highly competitive per-syringe pricing, which is below city averages.
The trade-off is that consultations aren’t available virtually. You’ll need to visit the clinic in person for an assessment, which may be less convenient if you want to discuss your options remotely before making the trip.

Owner and principal physician Dr Jonathan Brock is double board-certified and brings 15 years of emergency medicine experience to the practice.
During our consultation, he demonstrated how handheld ultrasound can map facial blood vessels in real time before treating more complex areas.
Rather than aiming for dramatic volume, his treatment philosophy emphasises subtle enhancements and longer-term maintenance. Some results last up to 18 months, depending on the procedure and patient.
He also uses blunt-tipped cosmetic cannulas instead of traditional needles where appropriate. It’s an approach intended to minimise tissue trauma and bruising.
On the downside, the clinic closes early on Fridays and is unavailable during the weekends.

I had my first lip filler treatment with Dr. Brock and it was such a great experience. He is very patient, friendly, and really takes the time to understand what you want and create a natural look.
