Ken, the owner of Rise and Shine Home Services, has been cleaning windows for nearly 20 years. When you’ve been cleaning windows for that long, you pick up a trick or two, and it really shows in his work.
From what we’ve seen, Ken knows the best ways to get those windows sparkly clean without leaving any streaks behind. Clients love his attention to detail and his knack for catching even the smallest smudge.
But one of the biggest things his clients raved about was the customer service. He’s super personable and really listens to what you want. He takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the results.

From what we’ve seen, Shack Shine makes windows look so clean, you’d think they’d disappeared entirely. They’re pros at cleaning all sorts of windows, from single pane to French pane. They even got skylights, glass panels, and storm windows covered.
And get this—they’ve got these fancy carbon fibre extension poles that let them reach the highest and most awkward windows. No more worrying about those hard-to-reach spots!
Everyone we spoke to kept raving about how their technicians are super skilled and experienced. The fact that they use filtered water with a touch of biodegradable cleaner is a big hit too.
The only complaint we’ve heard is that scheduling can sometimes be a hassle. They’re in high demand, so you might not get an appointment right away.

One of our testers said their windows had never been so clear and spotless. No sneaky streaks left behind either—you know, the ones that seem to show up right as the sun hits just right? None of that here.
What we really liked about them was their efficiency. These guys use top-of-the-line equipment and move quickly without cutting corners.
The small downside is that there are schedule hiccups at times. Clients have complained about not getting their preferred time slots because of high demand.

From your classic interior window cleaning to more niche services like awning glass washing, A Glass Act Window Cleaning honestly seems to have something for every homeowner’s needs. They’ve been around for more than 25 years, so they clearly know their stuff.
We heard from some customers who had multi-panelled heritage-style windows that the team handled them with ease, hand-cleaning with microfiber cloths to perfection.
Their use of Water Fed Pole washing system is also impressive. It’s this gadget that lets them tackle even high-up windows without risking their necks on ladders. For commercial buildings and those tricky-to-reach spots, this method makes a difference in their display windows.
We also noted that they use Sunlight dish soap instead of the typical Windex. It sounds a bit odd, but several customers raved that their windows positively sparkled and gave off that fresh, just-cleaned scent.

Our home is situated on Gambier Island in the Howe Sound so we met Kirby and Wayne in Horseshoe Bay and transported them to our place via our boat. They spent the day working hard to get the job completed within the day as our home is primarily glass and wood. Both were extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional.
