Fella at the desk had it diagnosed within two minutes, looked up the replacement part availability, and quoted a reasonable price and time estimate. The staff were professional and very friendly
My laptop suddenly would not power up. I took it to B___ B__, where I bought it, wanting to get an estimate for repair. They told me they would have to ship it to Ontario as they didn’t do this sort of repair in house (I didn’t buy their service contract when I bought my computer there). Cheaper than I expected
This man is a wizard. Had a no boot problem on a rather expensive gaming laptop. I took it to a few other places who told me It’d need a new motherboard and it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop. I walked into this place, said it wasn’t turning on, and he took it and said he’d give me a call in a few days. A few days later he said it was good to go.
