Their process is clear and organized. Speaking to the clients, we noted how the majority of them said that worksites are always clear, helping reduce any safety risks and distractions. They all loved the aesthetics and functions of the design, too.

Their creative range is another impressive point. For clients who love options, they’re spoiled for choice in things like cabinetry, countertops, kitchen islands, backsplashes, and even flooring. Anything can be customized based on design preferences.
With a good range of quality materials and precise installation techniques, they’re able to deliver durable and elegant kitchens within budget. Pricing is competitive for what they offer, even for full-scale, complex work.
That said, we think small, budget-focused designs are better off elsewhere, especially if the renovation required is basic. But if you want to stick with them, booking in advance is recommended to avoid a long wait.

For small to large-scale remodeling projects, we find Heilman Renovations to be a standout option. Their renovation services are comprehensive, covering full remodels, cabinet refacing, and custom cabinetry, among many others.
We like this as this approach gives clients the flexibility to only stick to the service they need, based on their budget.
Regardless of the size of the job, their craftsmanship remained consistently reliable. With the use of premium materials and a step-by-step approach, every vision is delivered with great accuracy and almost no delays.
Communication is also a major thing for us, and so we’re pleased to find out that they guide and inform clients at every stage. They even conduct final walkthroughs to ensure nothing has been missed.
Now, interestingly, we did find that their initial quotes were so much higher than expected. But our concerns were immediately comforted when we interviewed clients – most of them said that the rates are actually competitive.
Plus, projects are even completed before the deadline, so they really felt the value in every penny.

Level One Construction is a true design-build contractor, making them a great choice from concept to completion. This also means that they work with in-house experts or trusted subcontractors, maintaining better quality control in projects.
Speaking of which, they work with architects and engineers to create functional designs based on the client’s vision and lifestyle.
Clients don’t have to trouble themselves with any paperwork, too. Level one will take care of permits and approvals necessary. For complex jobs, including condos and strata properties, this is a major advantage.
Everything else met our expectations too. Their project planning is detailed while still maintaining flexibility for client insight. We favor their itemized budgets as well, seeing how transparency on costs can open areas for saving.
Additionally, we’re pleased to note their no-fuss post-renovation support. They address small issues quickly at no extra charge.
We only wish for improvements in terms of communication. The quotation we requested came fast, however, the follow-up after that took longer. Faster responses would’ve ensured better client care.

With a design-build approach, they make things easy for clients. For starters, they maintain a streamlined permitting and compliant process, often passing inspections on the first attempt.
In turn, this reduces any potential for delays.
We find their in-house collaboration between designers and contractors to be cohesive as well. After putting together client testimonies, we see that most of them had little to no revisions – their specific design vision had been met.
Another interesting thing about Enzo Design Build is that it focuses on sustainable design. In particular, they’re able to incorporate energy-efficient upgrades, as well as eco-friendly design elements into the projects.
With all that said, their full-service approach is not ideal for homeowners who only seek minor upgrades. Most of the selections are naturally on the higher-end too – clients that prefer a practical, straightforward route may be better off elsewhere.
