We also like how he explains things in a way that just makes sense. When explaining his procedures, he doesn’t use long medical terms but uses simple language that patients can easily understand.
The only drawback many patients noticed was the front desk’s cold and rude demeanor.

A staff member called to remind me to book my grandma’s follow up appointment and with a heavy heart I had to inform her to close my grandma’s file as she had passed away.
