“I have used DataPro Data Recovery Lab two times and have had great results using the drive replacement circuit boards. The most recent project was a defective circuit board on a Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB drive. My desktop computer would not turn on and the cause was the drive circuit board that caused an issue with the power supply. Using my USB 2.0 to SATA/IDE powered cable, the issue definitely pointed to the board. I sent it to DataPro and the replacement was an exact match and the drive started to spin! Fortunately the spindles and actuator were intact to allow me to copy all of the data from the drive. When you’re in a bind, I definitely recommend DataPro Data Recovery Lab.”
