Having a private room makes it easier for making calls
“I booked a space for a day in Jan 2023 through Flexday. This is centrally located at the RBC building in downtown Vancouver with some food options within the building and around. Check-in was easy and fast. Just scan the QR code upon arrival. I had a quick introduction to the common spaces and was glad to have a private room within another larger room. It was conducive for my workday where you could just focus on finishing some work. And having a private room makes it easier for making calls too. That said, if you prefer to work around people with a view (the rooms are plain and clinical), you can work at the booths near the corridor and pantry. It gets plenty of natural light with its large windows. There are some snacks and fruits throughout the day which I thought is a nice touch. That is better than the last WeWork experience I had! Updated this review on 10 Jan 2024 with some lovely pics of the sunset from the room! Love that I got to enjoy some sunshine today at the work desk. 🌞”
The staff went above and beyond to assist me with the technology setup
“I recently booked a meeting room at IQ offices, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with the technology setup, making sure everything ran smoothly. As a bonus, they even provided complimentary snacks to keep us fueled during our meeting.
Paria demonstrated a high level of professionalism and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!”
