We actually tried this company way before coming up with the idea for this article. Anyway, when it came time to beef up security at our place, everyone was buzzing about CMI Security. So, we thought, “Why not give them a shout?”
We were in a bit of a pickle, needing our security to be on high alert because of some emergency fixes. But they swooped in so quick and were all about making sure we felt secure and taken care of.
They also introduced us to this CMI Mobile thing, and wow, has it been a game-changer. Having their team make the rounds, especially during the graveyard shift, has been a real deterrent for any would-be troublemakers.
And let’s not forget their Fire Watch services. It’s the kind of service you don’t know you need until, well, you really need it.
But hey, there have been times when getting updates felt like pulling teeth. Being in the loop with what’s going down and getting the lowdown on their surveillance sweeps sooner rather than later would be ace.
Also, wouldn’t it be great if they spread their wings a bit. Making their mobile patrols available in more areas would be a solid win for potential clients.

We observed firsthand how they pour a lot of thought into getting a security plan that’s just right for their clients.
From chatting with their team, we could tell they’re all professional to the core, super knowledgeable, and honestly, they care. The training they go through must be fierce, because you can see it in the way they work—approachable yet always on alert.
But we reckon they could be a bit more upfront about their prices. A little more clarity up front could go a long way in making decisions easier for potential clients.
And while their customer service is top-notch during the day, it’d be awesome to see that extend around the clock. For a security company, being available 24/7 really could be the cherry on top for clients craving that extra bit of reassurance.

When we first teamed up with the crew over at Optimum Security, we liked how polished and professional they were. As we spoke with them over the phone, their honesty and openness made conversations with them about our security concerns a breeze.
And the variety of stuff Optimum Security can handle is pretty darn cool. Need someone to watch over a super-valuable shipment? Check. Got a big shindig to protect? They’ve got you covered.
When we used them ourselves for an overnight fire watch, there were some communication mishaps, and they weren’t punctual. So a bit more clarity upfront would’ve saved us all some grey hairs.
And other clients we spoke with mentioned that when it came to setting up their high-tech home security gear with their old stuff, it was a bit of a headache at first. A smoother setup would’ve been great.

However, jumping into Securico’s digital dojo can feel a tad overwhelming at first. Even our tech-friendly crew found themselves scratching their heads a bit.

Also, most times, getting in touch with Securico was a breeze, but there’s been a minute or two of waiting when we’d rather not have. To really nail it, finding a way to keep those response times snappy even when everyone’s calling would make a world of difference.
