He brings in specialty lenses and frames that most places shy away from. If you have a challenging prescription or if your eyewear needs are unique and need to see one of the best opticians in Vancouver, Paul is your man. Thank you Paul and your wonderful team.” — Sara N.
“Great experience. Needed a new lens (old one was scratched) and an updated Rx. My ophthalmologist doesn’t really do Rx tests anymore and suggested I visit an optometrist. Wanted to go somewhere close to home so I read up on all the local optical stores. Prestige had rave reviews and a same day service on most Rx’s. Went in on Dec28 and booked an appointment for the following day. The price for the test was very reasonable and the gentleman performing it extremely courteous and professional. After figuring out my new Rx they sat down with me and explained my options for what they had in stock vs what they could order in. I decided on an in-stock lens. I left, ran some local errands, and returned about an hour and a half later to pick up my glasses. Very happy with the service I received and highly recommend the establishment. I’ll add that I’m cheap, by nature, and was worried about higher prices because Kitsilano is a little more upscale and the stores more on the boutique end of things. But I was very happy with the price I paid.” — J Bond

Eye exam is smooth, considerate, and collaborative
“The whole experience from start to finish is terrific! The eye exam is smooth, considerate and collaborative and the folks on the glasses side are really thoughtful, helpful and kind! They let you browse solo for as long as you like, or if requested will take a more hands on approach and offer suggestions. It’s just a nice environment altogether – and all the paperwork stuff is done in a breeze! I got my glasses exactly 2 weeks after selecting them, and they’re perfect! I am actually looking forward to going to work today just so I can use them (a tall order for a Monday!).”

Dr. Louie is so patient, thorough, and puts his patients at ease
“I was referred to Dr. Louie by a family friend (after a horrible experience a clinic elsewhere). Dr. Louie is so patient, thorough, and puts his patients at ease. I started bringing my children to Dr. Louie as well and they enjoy their appointments each time. I am so thankful that our family friend recommended that we see Dr. Louie, and have been confidently recommending him to our other family friends as well. Also, the entire team (assistants, technicians, and more – I apologize for the ignorance of not knowing all the titles – I know there are multiple different folks that make up the entire team) at both locations that we accessed (Kerrisdale and Broadway) are simply amazing. Very patient while parents try to sort through the chaotic schedule of their children and their appointments, super helpful, go above and beyond so that we can receive the best and comfortable care through their clinics. We really are blessed to have such amazing teams in our neighbourhood.”

My eye exam was excellent and comprehensive
“My eye exam was excellent and comprehensive. My prescription needed adjustment and was precisely measured for computer screen readers. The eyeglasses took only a couple of days to be ready and fitted and they focus my vision very well for comfortably reading my two fixed desktop displays at home. Thank you to Dr. Jason Louie, Optician Johnny Taeidi and the support staff at Fyi Doctors Broadway for professional and excellent service.”

Dr Jessica Chan is an amazing doctor
“I’ve been coming to see Dr Jessica Chan for over 10 years. She is an amazing doctor, personable, kind, professional, detailed, and patiently explains the results and options for my eye health. My elderly mom also comes to this clinic and sees Dr Kelvin So who is very patient and kind with her. They also have a team of very experienced opticians. I just got my first pair of progressive lenses and was very nervous about how I would adjust. Special mention to Azar she made the experience in choosing the frames fun and less stressful. I highly recommend!”
