In the end, my pursuit of a healthy lifestyle left me frustrated. I drowned my diet sorrows in a large serving of poutine—extra gravy and cheese curds, of course.

The program includes daily accountability and food journal analysis to help you stay on track, and weekly coaching sessions for support and guidance.
We like that she focuses on personalized meal plans that don’t eliminate entire food groups.
Her clients love that she doesn’t just give them a meal plan and send them on their way. She helps them understand their relationship with food and develop a positive mindset.

She was always my number 1 choice but I thought I’d look around to see what else is out there. Adrienne is there with you every step of the way, every meal, providing fantastic feedback. What really impressed us was Elaine’s detailed food reports and meal plans. They’re so straightforward and practical, making it easier for clients to adopt and maintain healthier eating habits.

We interviewed a few of Helen’s clients, and they all love that she creates custom meal plans. Unlike one-size-fits-all diets, her plans are actually tailored to fit each person’s lifestyle.
A few who used to struggle with breakfast told us Helen helped give them healthy breakfast options that were quick, easy, and tasty.
Another thing we loved about Helen is her ongoing support. Weekly check-ins, accountability forms, and detailed feedback on food diaries help her clients stay on track and see real results.
We also appreciate the group meetings and course modules she offers. They allow people to learn and connect with a like-minded community, improving motivation and giving the support many need.
We did find one minor con: the constant email and text support. It’s great to have that option, but some people said it can be a bit overwhelming to receive a message every time they log their food.

As a community dietitian, Stephanie makes nutrition accessible to everyone, which is awesome. However, it also means she is usually spread thin. This is something to consider if you need very specialized care.
Despite this, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping people achieve their health goals. She really takes the time to listen and understand where you’re at.
One program we were particularly impressed with is her Couples Nutrition Program. It’s a practical idea that helps couples learn how to support each other and make healthier choices together, fostering a more balanced and fulfilling relationship.

What really impressed us were the rave reviews from athletes who’ve worked with her. They talked about how she transformed their training plans, boosted their energy levels, and helped them recover faster.
But her expertise doesn’t stop there. She also specializes in digestive health and IBS.
Many people we talked to who were struggling with IBS told us how Natalie helped them figure out which foods worked best for them, allowing them to enjoy eating again without fear.
We really liked how friendly and easy to talk to Natalie is. We actually did a free consultation with her over video chat, and she was super personable and answered all our questions.
We also appreciate that she creates individualized meal plans for all her clients. We even received a sample plan to review, which was very helpful.
However, we heard from a few people that her follow-up sessions can be a bit expensive, which is something to consider if you’re on a tight budget.
