After a long week of standing at work and running around the city, my feet were practically begging for mercy.
I didn’t think much of reflexology until a friend swore it worked wonders for stress and tension. And honestly, I was ready to try anything that didn’t involve more caffeine or screen time. That one session turned into a self-care habit I didn’t know I needed.
Since then, my friend and I have been on a mission to find the best reflexology spots in Vancouver. And according to our research, not all of them are created equal.
To save you from skipping the trial-and-error phase, we’ve rounded up our top picks. So if you’re ready to unwind and recharge, keep reading.
How much do reflexology services cost in Vancouver?
Reflexology services in Vancouver typically cost between $60 and $100 per session. It usually depends on the duration and the clinic.
1. Balanced Roots Reflexology

Phone: +1 778-231-9282
Business hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Friday to Sunday: Closed
Balanced Roots Reflexology is run by Jennifer Charles, who is a certified foot reflexologist. We loved how personalized each session is. She tailors the treatment based on how you’re feeling that day, which is very thoughtful.
The first appointment is a bit longer, which is about 75 minutes. This is because she sets some time aside at the beginning to chat about your health history, any issues you’re dealing with, and what you’re hoping to get out of the session.
We really loved this. We think it’s great for people dealing with stress, digestion issues, or chronic fatigue.
Her setup is also flexible. You can choose to go to her clinic, or she can come to your home. Honestly, the mobile option is such a win if you don’t have the time or energy to travel. It adds a level of comfort that most wellness services don’t offer.
Jennifer also offers a unique 90-minute session that includes lymphatic drainage techniques, which is pretty rare among reflexologists in the area.
It shows that her sessions aren’t just about helping you relax. They’re also focused on long-term wellness.
That said, her pricing is definitely on the higher end. Appointments are also not available during the weekends, which could be a challenge for anyone who works a traditional 9-to-5.
2. DZ Foot Reflexology & Body Massage Spa, Vancouver

Address: 3284 Heather St
Phone: +1 778-723-1166
Business hours:
- Monday to Sunday: 9:30 AM – 10 PM
DZ Foot Reflexology focuses heavily on Chinese foot reflexology, which isn’t the usual light, fluffy foot massage.
Since they use traditional methods, the pressure can be stronger than most people expect, especially if you’re used to Western-style massages. It’s good for people who want real results, though.
We’ve heard from other clients that it felt intense at first, but they felt great afterwards.
The spa environment also helped with the experience. There’s a zen-like vibe here with soft music, comfy chairs, and little extras like water or tea offered when you arrive.
DZ doesn’t just do reflexology. They also offer other treatments like deep tissue, Swedish massages, acupuncture, and more.
A lot of customers go for the combo packages where you get a foot massage followed by a body massage, which sounds like a pretty good deal. The fact that they have flexible session lengths and run flash sales makes it even more appealing.
3. Yuen Foot Massage & Spa – Coal Harbour

Address: 1440 W Pender St
Phone: +1 778-989-2383
Business hours:
- Monday to Sunday: 10 AM – 10 PM
Yuen takes a serious, almost clinical approach to their footwork. Their therapists apply firm pressure to specific points on your feet. They use their knuckles and even rotating motions to work through tight or painful spots.
It can be pretty intense from what we gathered, but that’s part of the goal. They really want to boost the blood flow and help release built-up tension in your whole system, not just your feet.
We loved how each session starts with a hot foot soak in buckets that help relax the muscles and get your feet ready.
It sounds like a small thing, but people we spoke to said it helped them handle the stronger pressure during the massage.
Another thing we liked was how flexible their treatments can be. While reflexology is their main focus, a lot of customers combine it with a back or body massage.
Just a heads up, though, that the pressure they do here can be pretty strong. If you’re new to it, you might find some parts uncomfortable.
The therapists are great about checking in and adjusting if needed, but it’s definitely more on the “therapeutic” side than relaxing.
4. Bewell Reflexology & Massage Therapy

Address: 180-422 Richards St
Phone: +1 604-423-5477
Business hours:
- Monday to Sunday: 11 AM – 9 PM
We really liked how Bewell doesn’t treat reflexology like just a relaxing foot rub. They actually focus on pain relief and improving how your body moves.
They mix in deep tissue massage with reflexology, which is a clever combo. So while they’re working on pressure points in your feet, they’re also helping with tight muscles and other issues you might have elsewhere.
It’s also great that sessions here start with a foot soak. Some customers even mentioned receiving a shoulder massage before the staff moved on to their legs and feet.
The place itself is super clean and more health-focused than spa-like, which can be a plus if you’re going in with a specific issue you want to work on.
It doesn’t sound overly fancy or pampering, but more like somewhere you’d go to feel better than just to treat yourself.
That said, we did speak to someone who had an issue with scheduling. They told us they had confirmed their appointment, but when they showed up, one of the therapists wasn’t available after all.
5. Happy Feet Massage Spa Broadway

Address: 725 E Broadway
Phone: +1 604-677-0760
Business hours:
- Monday to Sunday: 10 AM – 10 PM
Happy Feet has such a calm and welcoming ambience. We loved the soft lighting and instrumental music playing in the background. They also have rows of high-quality leather recliners, but it doesn’t feel crowded inside.
That said, if you’re someone who prefers privacy during treatments, the open ideal might make you a little conscious, especially when multiple clients are being treated at once.
On the brighter side, they draw on traditional Chinese techniques. They focus on pressure points all over the feet, ankles, and calves.
Clients told us that the therapists are not only skilled but also really in tune with what they need. One person mentioned her therapist could tell she’d been having digestive issues just by how certain pressure points felt.
The therapists are trained in-house and even help train future massage professionals. It probably explains why they’re so confident in what they do.
We also stand that they offer good value. A 50-minute reflexology session runs at $55, which is pretty affordable by Vancouver standards. They also have great combo deals, like reflexology plus a full body massage for $108. It’s a pretty good deal, to be honest.
